You’ve developed a winning product or service. The macro-economic backdrop is increasingly favorable. Funding sources are seeking profitable situations. Entrepreneurship never lacks challenges, and this scenario poses one that can convert opportunity to reward. But with experience showing that just one out of nine start-up companies attain long term sustainable maturity, wisely selecting from a diverse menu of choices can make all the difference.

Join us to hear experts who have navigated the related courses, both for their own companies and those of the many clients they have advised. Their presentations will address how to best position and evolve an organization towards future success, with special attention to acquiring, deploying, and refining the financial resources that fuel the development process. As a member of our February audience at our interactive forum, you will ideally come away with new ideas on important issues like:

Crafting and revising effective business strategies and tactics
Building organizational capabilities via hiring, training, and motivational rewards
Integrating organic and M&A-focused growth paths
Sourcing and deploying outside capital
