Innovation- Recipe for the Secret Sauce
Innovation is often at the core of entrepreneurship, providing the creative spark that can establish and sustain an enterprise. But just as creativity may seem driven by a fickle muse and more suitably classified as a matter of art rather than science, so can business innovation appear mysterious and at best ascribed to personal gifts as opposed to a coherent and replicable process.
Join us to hear experts who have started companies recognized by the World Future Society as potentially deploying industry changing technologies and devoted longtime systematic analytical focus to learn their perspectives on how to be most effective preparing the “next best thing”. Find out if while every case is different, some underlying principles can be applied to your own efforts to harness the shock of the new. As a member of our January audience at our interactive forum, you will be well positioned to gain insights on topics like:
• Best practices in innovation and sustaining them across new markets
• Developing accurate forecasts for emerging opportunities
• Effective management of technological and business risks
• Identifying and cultivating appropriate talent to execute in new contexts
